The room was ready and clean when I arrived. It was spacious, and the bathrooms were beautiful. The TV was cable and had many channel options. It was cold when I entered the room, but despite that, it was an overall excellent stay. Nobody bothered me.

Check your credit card statement. These people will smoke charge you even if you don't smoke in a room where there is not 1 but 2 people on oxygen! I wonder how many people get that extra charge at this particular location. I say this because I stay in Hampton a lot at different locations. Never had a problem, but this one is scamming! The manager was rude and lied when contacted, stating that they had pictures of ash. And only agreed to let the charge go when the fact that both my elderly parents are on oxygen and if someone smoked in the room, it would have meant a huge fire! Dishonest manager. The night clerk Ebony is a wonderful person and the only highlight to my stay. Bottom line I won't stay here again because I don't support fraud!

Jacuzzi did not work, staff was incompetent and unfriendly. The staff did not get back with me on several items during our stay, woke us up early which I did not understand. The property is fine but the staff was not good and the Jacuzzi did not work. The staff (Kaci) left us outside in the cold while we were waiting for the Jacuzzi and we thought they were working on the issue after a while waiting we went in and inquired and they (Kaci) was not even working on it or apologetic to us. So it was pretty disappointing. I was just hoping for some communication so we did not stand in the cold by the Jacuzzi waiting for nothing. Just basic customer service and consideration was lacking. They also put someone above our room who stomped around for 45 min every night. When I inquired they stated it was a lady with a child with autism. While I am sympathetic to that. The hotel should have moved them to the ground floor once they were made aware of this stomping routine the child did each night. That does not work out well when your below them for me or any guest for that matter.

Great staff, very friendly. Clean rooms, free breakfast included with rooms. If you’re looking for a room in and around queen creek, this is recommended

We had a nice stay , the hotel was clean & tidy. The food we was good and what to expect from a hotel. I have a few complaints though. Bed was uncomfortable.We were woken 12am 2am & 3 am to running and stomping above us. When I complained woman at the front seemed annoyed. & had not much response to it. I was also charged 2 times long story short we canceled through travel velocity when we find out about the $80 up charge on the room and booked directly from them. They said we wouldn’t be charged . The very next day I was charge $174 for our room & $250 for another room same woman seemed irritated . I probably won’t stay here again. BUT it’s a decent area & decent price for a nice clean hotel

Very clean hotel, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was warm and welcoming. It was a great choice for my stay in Queen Creek.

People were friendly, breakfast was on point, all you can eat and Hosts very polite and had smiles on there faces. I would recommend hotel and definable come back again.

The setup of the lobby with private work cubbies was very helpful. I had arrived a little early. That gave me a comfortable waiting area. I appreciated the coffee on arrival as well. The staff was very friendly and professional.
